To measure your head circumference, use a soft tape or a piece of string. Measure around your head above your ears and mid-forehead.

If in doubt, consider that the larger sizes (L/XL) have more volume and will sit deeper, while the smaller sizes (S/M) will feel more snug and sit slightly higher on the forehead, allowing for more peripheral vision.
