About Kaiola Surf Hats
Kaiola surf hats are designed by surfers, for surfers and watersports enthusiasts, with one purpose: making the best surf hat there is. Every hat is built around a patent-granted, non-stretch chinstrap that holds through duck-dives and wipeouts, UPF 80 fabric that's EU-certified and re-tested every year, and a black underbill that cuts glare instead of reflecting it back at you.
On top of the sun protection, every style is built to throw real shade over your face and head, so you're not relying on sunscreen alone in a lineup where the sun doesn't let up.
The range comes in three styles. The Surf Hat is our flagship, with the best fit for any wave condition and 100% duck-dive and wipeout-proof performance. The Bucket Hat has the widest brim in the lineup, for 360° coverage and maximum shade outside of bigger surf. The Visor Surf Hat has an oversized peak and an open crown for any hairstyle, best suited to smaller waves.
